Workshop: standardizing the situation-handling toolkit

The Board of Directors successfully organized the workshop titled “STANDARDIZING THE SITUATION-HANDLING TOOLKIT” with the participation of the Marketing, Social sales, Online Customer Care, E-commerce and Tiktok teams. Everyone prepared carefully, with team unity and the most wonderful ideas presented

To show appreciation and encouragement to the members who took part, the Company set aside special rewards for the two most outstanding teams:
