OTC Sales Department | 2024 business review meeting & 2025 business direction

🔥🔥The year 2024 passed like a long road, full of challenges for the OTC channel market in general, and for HTP Pharma's OTC Sales Department in particular.

Looking back, we can be proud of the achievements we have reached and the challenges we have overcome. These results are the contribution of all members of the OTC Sales Department, with their enthusiasm, enduring team spirit and the support of the company's operations division.

A meaningful review meeting

On 11/01/2025, at the Long Biên Restaurant – Tân Sơn Nhất Golf Course, Ho Chi Minh City, the 2024 review meeting was held with the participation of more than 90 members of the market division from 33 provinces and cities, stretching from Huế to Cà Mau, together with colleagues from the office division.

The event was not only an occasion to look back on the remarkable progress of the past year but also an opportunity for all members to connect, share and build an even stronger team spirit.

Honoring outstanding individuals

To recognize outstanding contributions and add motivation for the new year, the leadership of the OTC Sales Department awarded the "Promising Employee of 2024" prize to outstanding individuals who contributed to the collective's overall development.

Direction for 2025

Entering 2025, the OTC Sales Department has set a growth target of 150%, not only in revenue but also in expanding customer coverage. This is an ambitious goal, but with a spirit of solidarity and high determination, we will surely overcome the challenges together and reach resounding success.
