HTP Pharma successfully held a leadership capacity training program recently. We always think that content that seems meant only for building and managing a management team still stems from fundamental foundations.

Recognizing that this knowledge could be scaled to build a shared mindset and understanding, the training session was organized. The program was a success, with the participation of managers and potential staff, creating opportunities to learn and connect, helping the management team align in thinking, and opening up many changes in the way people and work are managed.

Alongside staying close to the training content, the training team also wove in knowledge and selected suitable activities to deliver it in an approachable way, helping members absorb the knowledge effectively. The program focused on sharing knowledge and skills that are easy to apply to work, in order to raise performance and work toward the goals that had been set.

It is clear that a culture of learning and a readiness to share is one of the standout cultural traits, creating great value for the team.
