Telesales — Customer Care Staff (Income 15–20M)

- Make calls to advise, introduce, and sell the company's brand products (Sắc Ngọc Khang, Hoa Thiên, Bảo Nguyên, ...) to customers using data provided by the company.
- Care for, tap into, maintain, and grow the existing customer base.
- Advise on and answer customers' questions about products and after-sales service.
- Update customer information in the software.
Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.
Requirements
- High-school graduate or higher
- At least 6 months of experience in telesales, consulting, or customer care in any field
- A good mindset for managing personal KPIs and breaking them down to hit monthly targets
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, connection, and customer relationship-building skills.
- Strong skills in closing sales, resale, upsell, cross-sell, customer care, and handling situations.
- Diligent, hardworking, and passionate about sales work.
- Proactive and highly responsible at work.
- Proficient in office computing.
